5-4-3-2-1 Focused Fitness Workout

I read a blog today by Fit Community, and it described a great simple way to work out at home called the 5-4-3-2-1 at home circuit workout. I love this concept of timing exercise because it allows you to work at your own pace.  Don’t slack though! Try and get as many reps each time as possible.  Although I loved their concept, I have decided to change up the exercises just slightly!  So here it goes!

Focused Fitness 5-4-3-2-1 Workout

5 MINUTES

1 min high knees

1 min jumping jacks

1 min burpees

1 min tuck jumps

1 min run in place

4 MINUTES

1 min walking lunges

1 min mountain climbers

1 min jumping lunges

1 min mountain climbers

3 MINUTES

15 push ups

15 tricip dips (using a chair)

Repeat without break for 3 minutes

2 MINUTES

30 seconds regular squats

30 seconds jump squats

30 seconds regular squats

30 seconds jump squats

1 MINUTE

1  min Forearm plank
